One of a Kind vintage pearls repurposed, with a sterling silver medallion. The charm is a figure of Saint Benedict and beautifully detailed on the backside as well. A statement piece to layer with another necklace, and would make the perfect gift.
Surrounding the figure of Saint Benedict are the words Eius in obitu nostro praesentia muniamur! ('May we be strengthened by his presence in the hour of our death'), since Benedictines regarded him as a particular patron of a happy death.
